Mar 25, 2010, 8:32 amI realize that there might be some concerns and questions about the details of the Navy Team Camp. Everything you need to know about what happens once we get to the camp can be answered on Navy's team website:

For registration purposes we need to all send our forms and checks together in order to get the team discount. I will be sending all applications in on April 2. Please get all completed forms and checks for camp to Coach Davis BEFORE April 2.
Coach Davis will be driving the van along with one of our other assistant coaches down to the camp. We will be checking-in early the night of the 26th. The van will leave WHS at 9am on June 26th.The cost for early check in is $45.00, but that prevents us from having to leave at 3:30AM on the 27th.
Once we get down to the camp and get registered the Navy will be taking over responsibility and schedule of the campers. We will be attending the camp but the camp takes over supervision. Campers will NOT at anytime leave campus. Free time will be supervised at the pool, or in their weight room. Most free time at night will be spent sleeping, considering the intensity and physical demands of the camp during the day.
The camp has trainers on site and the campus infirmary will be able to handle any health related issue that may occur during the camp. This camp is run by the U.S Naval Academy. They take supervision and safety very seriously.
